Service à la française is welcoming the venue of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France –Chocolatier, Mr.Pierre Mirgalet, in Mauritius for a four-day master class.
The master classes have started on the February 18, 2018 from 08:30-16:30 and will enc on the February 21, 2018at the Sugar Beach Hotel at Flic en Flac.
International Chocolatier (Japan, Russia, China, Brazil), Pierre Mirgalet has set up his own enterprise and distributes his own quality products with the most unexpected blend of flavors around the world.
He has coordinated and been a jury in numerous competitions in France whilst also being the publication director of the “Journal du pâtissier”.Mr. Mirgalet is coming to share his expertise with otherchocolatierand teach not just the techniques, but also the skills required of any aspiring chocolatier in today’s industry. The classes will welcome both professionals and “amateurs avertis”.
