2019 Youth Citizen Entrepreneurship Competition

Based in Japan, the Goi Peace Foundation is a public benefit organization supported by members around the world working together to create a culture of peace.

The Goi Foundation is inviting young entrepreneurs to submit their innovative ideas and projects with a societal impact, which champion and implement one or more of the 17 Sustainable Developments Goals for this Competition.

2. Eligibility & Criteria
a) Participants should be aged between 15 and 35
b) Submission should be made in English
c) Entries must be formulated in ideas and projects. Best ideas must consist of an innovative solution or proposition for an enterprise in line with SDG goals, while best projects must comprise innovative projects run by existing enterprises in the form of businesses, NGOs or informal programs.

3. Selection of Winners
a) There will be a preliminary selection at the level of the organizers. Finalists will be requested to submit a video (max 3 minutes) of their idea/project (if they have not done so yet).
b) The final selection of three winners (Grand Prize, 2nd Prize and 3rd Prize) in each category will then be effected among the ten best projects/ideas.
c) The People’s Choice Prize will be given the entry with the largest number of votes in each of the two categories.
d) An Entrepreneurship Campus Prize will be given to three entrants who have demonstrated outstanding ‘entrepreneurship spirit’ by actively taking part in the Entrepreneurship Campus.

4. Deadline

Submission should be made through an online platform on https://www.entrepreneurship-campus.org by 15 July 2019.
