Le gouvernement va présenter ne résolution afin de mettre en pratique les recommandations de l’Electoral Boundaries Commission déposé au Parlement le 3 novembre 2023.
Cabinet has taken note that the 2020 Report of the Electoral Boundaries Commission had been submitted to the Speaker of the National Assembly on 16 October 2020 and that the said Report was laid on the Table of the National Assembly on 03 November 2020. Cabinet has taken note that Government proposes to move a resolution in the National Assembly under section 39(4) of the Constitution.

(4) The Assembly may, by resolution, approve or reject the recommendations of the Electoral Boundaries Commission but may not vary them; and, if so approved, the recommendations shall have effect as from the next dissolution of Parliament
