Le gouvernement a décidé le 11 aout 2023 de déclarer un jour férié pour les écoliers et les étudiants à cause du World Teacher’s Day qui sera célébré ce jour là.
Cabinet has taken note that World Teacher’s Day would be celebrated on Thursday 05 October 2023 and would be decreed a school holiday for students attending pre -primary, primary and secondary schools and Training Centres of the Mauritius Institute of Training and Development, as well as for teaching and non-teaching staff of these institutions.
