
the leading competition for the sweet arts, in Lyon. On 24th and 25th January, during Sirha Lyon 2025, the 18 participating teams, each made up of a chocolate maker, a sugar expert and an ice maker, will be showcasing all their talent to win the title of pastry world champions, the most important title in the whole profession.
For this edition, the candidates will face 3 tests: frozen entremets, restaurant-style dessert and a new test, the Show Chocolat. For each of their creations, the pastry chefs will have to follow a specific theme: national heritage.
For these 2 days of competition, the candidates start the competition at 7:00 am, and will present their creations from 9:00 am, according to the running order of each team:
