For the opening Ceremony, Raj Pentiah, Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reforms was the Chief Guest. In his speech the Minister emphasized on all the endeavour his Ministry is undertaking for the benefits of Public Officers.

He congratulated the GSEA for the good work which is being undertaken. Eventually the GSEA renewed its Managing Committee and the Committee was constituted as follows:

Pour la cérémonie d’ouverture, Raj Pentiah, Ministre de la Fonction Publique et des Réformes Administratives, était l’invité d’honneur. Dans son discours, le Ministre a souligné tous les efforts entrepris par son Ministère au bénéfice des agents de la fonction publique.

Il a félicité le GSEA pour le bon travail accompli. Finalement, le GSEA a renouvelé son Comité de Direction, et le Comité a été constitué comme suit :
