Prime Minister Dr. Navin Ramgoolam, alongside his deputy, Paul Bérenger, led a poignant commemoration ceremony this morning at the Waterfront Memorial in Port Louis, honoring the victims of the devastating floods of March 30, 2013. The solemn occasion, held on March 30, 2025, saw the laying of wreaths in remembrance of those lost.
Joined by government ministers, the Lord Mayor of the capital, and, most importantly, the families of the victims, the ceremony served as a powerful tribute.
