15. Cabinet has taken note of the –
(a) appointment of Mrs Ah Foon Chui Yew Cheong, GOSK, former Judge of the Supreme Court as Chairperson of the Financial Services Review Panel;
(b) reconstitution of the Board of the National Insurance Company Ltd and the Board of the National Insurance Company General Insurance Company Ltd, with Mr Santosh K. Gujadhur as part-time Chairperson; and
(c) reconstitution of the Board of the Mauritius Society of Authors, with Mr Richard Hein as part-time Chairperson.
