[Document] Compilation of Registers for electors.

Notice is hereby given that any person who claims to be entitled to be registered as an elector and who is not already on the electors’ list for any of the above mentioned electoral areas, or who, being entered on such list, shall not retain the same qualification as described in that list or shall otherwise be incorrectly entered on that list, may appear before the registration officer of the aforesaid electoral areas and present his claim to be registered, or to be correctly registered, on or before 30 May 2025.

Forms are obtainable, free of charge, from the registration officer, from 16 May to 30 May 2025, inclusively,
either
(a)at the Office of the Electoral Commissioner, MaxCity Building, corner Rémy Ollier and Louis Pasteur Streets, Port Louis, between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. on weekdays and between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. on Saturdays (except on public holidays & Sundays);
or (b) at the Registration Centres shown hereunder between the hours of 4.00 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. on week days and between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. on Saturdays (except on public holidays & Sundays):-

Forms are obtainable, free of charge, from the registration officer, from 16 May to 30 May 2025, inclusively,
either
(a) at the Office of the Electoral Commissioner, MaxCity Building, corner Rémy Ollier and Louis Pasteur Streets, Port Louis, between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. on weekdays and between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. on Saturdays (except on public holidays & Sundays);

Avis est donné que toute personne ayant le droit de s’inscrire comme électeur et qui ne figure pas déjà sur la liste électorale pour les circonscriptions susmentionnées, ou qui, étant inscrite sur cette liste, ne possède plus les qualifications y figurant ou y est incorrectement inscrite, peut se présenter devant l’officier d’état civil desdites circonscriptions et soumettre sa demande d’inscription ou de rectification d’inscription au plus tard le 30 mai 2025.

Les formulaires sont disponibles gratuitement auprès de l’officier d’état civil, du 16 au 30 mai 2025 inclusivement, soit :
(a) au bureau du Commissaire Électoral, MaxCity Building, angle rues Rémy Ollier et Louis Pasteur, Port Louis, de 9h00 à 17h30 en semaine et de 9h00 à 13h00 le samedi (sauf jours fériés et dimanches) ;
